The 21st Drug Court works with representatives of law enforcement and the courts as participants engage in a highly supervised, two-year program. The program includes random drug and alcohol testing and consistent treatment by an on-staff counselor and educates participants about their addictions, while training them in basic life skills as well as in the tools necessary for a sober, healthy lifestyle. The 21 st Drug Court provides a cost-effective treatment alternative to the 21st Judicial District of Tennessee traditional sentencing for non-violent offenders whose crimes result from drug or alcohol addiction.
